Upload recording files via incoming webhook

With Incoming Webhook, you can integrate MiiTel with the phone system, you can collect the data, and analyze the call histories made by the phone system on MiiTel Analytics. Upload the recording then you can get the call data analyzed on MiiTel Analytics

Sample use case: If you have an own PBX then your PBX doesn’t have the dashboard to manage the call. You can use MiiTel incoming webhook.

Before using Incoming Webhook

First, you would need to create a URL that you will use to set Incoming Webhook.

1. Visit https://account.miitel.jp/v1/signin and log in to MiiTel Analytics.

2. Click geer or settings Open MiiTel Admin on the top right of the page.

3. Click Third Party Integration > Incoming Webhook.

4. Click Create URL.

5. The URL will appear on the settings screen.
