Upload recording files on MiiTel Analytics

By simply uploading recording files on MiiTel Analytics, you don't need to develop or use input code methods in your system. Once the upload is successful, you can play to the recordings on MiiTel and analyze the conversations.

Steps

1. Prepare the recording file

2. Set the following

   • Type of call (Outgoing call, Incoming call, Internal call, Answering machine)

   • Audio channel (Stereo or Monaural)

   • File type (M4A/MP3/WAV)

   • Source phone number

   • Destination phone number

   • User

   • Start datetime

   • End datetime

3. Then save
